Seventh Grade Art
Seventh graders used the wet-into-wet watercolor technique to paint their Precolumbian-inspired imagery. Their color palette was restricted to hot or cool colors to enhance the visual impact of the paintings. They also challenged themselves by drawing Picasso portraits - each student selected a portrait drawn by Picasso that had been cut in half, and drew the other half. They did a terrific job!
